ADITYA make industrial cranes can safely lift and move loads up to 250 MT. Cranes are built to precise tolerances and are inspected by expert engineer before delivery so they can handle your loads reliably.
Electric Overhead Travelling (EOT), Goliath, Hand Operated and Jib Cranes are available to meet your application and duty requirement.
EOT, Goliath and Semi Goliath Cranes are supplied in Single Girder or Double Girder construction as per customer’s choice. Single girder EOT cranes are also available in Under Slung Construction. Cranes can be supplied with VVVF drives, Motorized hook rotation and Electronic Weighing System if required.
Wall(column) mounted and Self Standing Pillar mounted(Free Standing) Jib Cranes are available in Under Slung construction as per customer needs. Lightweight mobile gantries are available to meet needs of warehouse and small workshops. These cranes can be easily dismantled and transported to another location in truck.
The design team has experience of designing cranes up to 450 MT; applications including Workshop duty, Power House, Ladle Handling, Magnet Duty, Grab bucket duty, Slab Handling with Tong, Rotating Trolley & Rotating Beam Cranes. Anti sway rope reeving arrangement is provided to reduce load swing for cranes with rotating beam construction.
Gantry Girder, Gantry Rail with Rail Clamps and Bus Bars are supplied as per customer’s need.
Mr. Hemant Kshire – Director, has more than 33 years of Design, Marketing, Manufacturing and Servicing experience in the Engineering industry including with Mukand Ltd – Mumbai and Eastern Morris Cranes – Dammam, a subsidiary of Morris Material Handling – UK. Mr. Kshire has designed extra heavy duty cranes for steel mills, copper plant, aluminum plants & process industry and medium duty cranes for General Engineering, automobile, workshop, construction industry, electrical sub stations, transformer industry, Cement Industry, Paper Industry, power generating station, Hydro Electric Power plants, Oil Refinery, Water Treatment plants to name few.
